Hey mom and dad, have you laughed yet today? Have you had a few minutes for yourself? Even time to just recite a little mantra in your head or something? No? Tisk tisk. How will your kids know to take care of their mental health, you throw your's to the side all the time? That's it, take a break, bestie. You are a fantastic parent. So loving and patient! It's okay if you crash out sometimes, we are all only human. Restore some of that sanity by getting in a few LOLs. You can do that by scrolling on down below and laughing at the world of parenting. Parenthood has its ups and downs, but most importantly, it has plenty of laughable moments. You have to be able to laugh at yourself to stay sane, so let's start here! Put down the to-do list and give yourself a few minutes of online laughing. It's just a list, not a "for you" page, so you won't get stuck on here forever. You'll just have a pleasant scroll, a giggle here and there, and then you can go right back to doing what you gotta do. You got this, ma and pa!
